Lotos Pharma, a pharmaceutical company based in Latvia, manufactures its products locally-in Latvia. The production facility is situated in Marupe.
The Lotos Pharma plant has been established in accordance with good manufacturing practice, which is confirmed by the obtained Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate. The products manufactured by the company meet the highest quality requirements, which is confirmed by the obtained Food Safety Management System Certificate ISO 22000.

Delivery & Return of Goods
Your orders are sent to your chosen parcel machine for pickup.
We are delivering to Estonia.
Payments
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer, including any possible shipping costs related to the return of the goods, within 30 days after receiving the return request and the returned goods. The refund will be made directly to the bank account specified by the Buyer.
If your payment is declined for unknown reasons, we recommend using an alternative payment method. Payment may be cancelled if there was an error entering payment information or if there are insufficient funds in your account to complete the transaction.
