Good Sleep Caps contains melatonin. It contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep¹ and to the alleciation of subjective feelings of jet lag². Passiflora extract functions as herbal sedative, it helps to maintain mental relaxation and health sleep. Valerian promotes mental health and hops has a sedative effect.
¹Beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
