Suggested daily intake and directions for use
Directions for use: adults 2 capsules daily, to be taken with meals. Can be used as a 2-3 month course, extended up to 6 months.

2 capsules (daily dose) contain: 600 mg glucosamine hydrochloride, 200 mg soybean extract, 100 mg avocado fruit extract, 80 mg vitamin C (*NRV 100%), 15 mcg vitamin D3 (*NRV 300%).
