Solvitale MAGNEFOL is a complex containing highly digestible magnesium, folic acid and B-group vitamins in the form of an amino acid chelate.
Magnesium supports normal muscle function, helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and contributes to normal nervous system function.
Vitamin B1 contributes to normal nervous system and heart function and energy metabolism.
Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal immune function and energy metabolism, as well as normal red blood cell formation.
Folate (including folic acid) contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and blood metabolism, as well as homocysteine metabolism.
Folate (including folic acid), vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue and tiredness.
Recommended daily intake and instructions for use
Directions for use: for children from 12 years. and adults 1 capsule daily.
Contents per daily dose
1 capsule (daily dose) contains: 490 mg magnesium amino acid chelate containing 100 mg magnesium (*NRV 27%), 2.8 mg vitamin B6 (*NRV 200%), 2.2 mg vitamin B1 (*NRV 200%), 400 mcg folic acid (*NRV 200%), 5 mcg vitamin B12 (*NRV 200%).

Ingredients: Magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), gelatin (capsule shell), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), iron oxides (capsule shell food colour), folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
