The supplement contains magnesium diglycinate – a form of magnesium that is easily absorbed and utilized by the body. In addition, it includes the active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate), which supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Content: magnesium amino acid chelate (magnesium bisglycinate), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5’-phosphate), fatty acid magnesium salts (anti-caking agent), iron oxides and hydroxides (capsule shell colorant).
Usage: For adults, take 1 capsule per day. Duration of use 3 months, usage course can be repeated.
